If it's the Entrepreneurship award, it's one that the Judges give out. They come and talk to all the teams and they decide on a team that has outstanding Entrepreneurship within the team.

My guess is this is the one the OP was referring to... because new for this year, you need to have a business plan which you have to submit, and you need to be prepared to talk to the judges about:

5.18.1 Business Plan Submission
A formal business plan must be completed and given to the judges during the Pit interview
process. Teams should be prepared to talk about their plan at that time. A template has been
provided below. Teams are free to create their own version. Refer to the FIRST website at
http://www.usfirst.org/community/frc...nt.aspx?id=440 for further details.

Perhaps this is what they were getting at by team management?
