Shameless plug for my workplace.
You need to use something called a shunt for accurate current measurement: http://bluesea.com/category/6/24/pro...e/overview/202 pn9230 Analog Meter Shunt 100A/50mV This means that at 100A there is a 50mv difference in voltage at the sense leads.
