2106 is practicing driving as of today. It's not nearly as bad as we thought it would be.
What we have done so far: 1. build our full competition frame (26"x37"x59"). 2. Built two trailers 3. Driven on the new flooring with new wheels. If you are on a budget, you don't need to buy the plastic sheets. A typical tile floor of a school mimics the regolith fairly well. There is more friction on the tile, but it's good practice. If you are in the Richmond area, we have a good supply of "orbit balls." If you need a few more, we'll be more than happy to send you a few at our cost: ~$10 plus shipping.
