First, install the software from the two DVDs included with the kit (do not change the default directories).
After that, you need to install the FRCLabVIEWUpdate2.0 (clicking on 1.0 will take you to 2.0) [fully unzip it, then install it]; and then run WorkbenchUpdateV1.2.1562.exe.
Just ignore the others (except for the source code for WPILib, you might want to look at that).

After updating, you'll need to re-image the cRIO with the correct software (and don't forget to update the driver station; see http://usfirst.org/community/frc/content.aspx?id=10934).

thanks for ur help ... i had installed the program and the updates without the manual... i don't know if i made something wrong ... so should i unistall the program and install it again ?
and u said (except for the source code for WPILib, you might want to look at that). what to look for ??? i didn't understand

and i want to tell you that i updated the driverstation.. should i update it again ??!!!

Hi mahmosh,

The WPILib source code may be useful to you if you want to see how the libraries work; you don't need to install them.

The driver station update from November is (as far as I know) is the most recent one; you shouldn't need to update it again right now.
