Has anyone had trouble with the relay fuse blowing on the pneumatic pump or on the valves? If so what did you do about it?

Today, while testing out our pneumatic system, the entire power to our robot would suddenly go out, and we couldn't figure out why. Flipping the 60amp fuse off and back on did not help either. When we switched batteries, it worked fine again (both batteries were 13+ volts).

I have no idea how this happened, but it happened twice. Also, we had the 20amp breakers on both the solonoid and air pump.

Anyone ever see something like this?

: Has anyone had trouble with the relay fuse blowing on the pneumatic pump or on the valves? If so what did you do about it?

I recall reading that the pneumatic actuators are designed for 15-20 volts, and while they work at 12-13 volts, we were experiencing problems at 12 volts and less. The relays would click on and off very fast anytime the battery dropped to 12.2 volts and less.

I hope there's an easy fix or fresh batteries will become a must after every match.
