Sensor Board Programming

I just need to know if I can change the state of the Digital Out pins to send no voltage until the trigger button is Pressed

What "Sensor Board" are you referring to?

When you say "no voltage", do you mean "0 volts" or do you mean "disconnected/high impedance"?

I assume you are talking about using a joystick trigger to control a digital output, but the post title "Sensor Board" makes me unsure what digital output you want to use.
