Legal? Yes
Practical? Not really. We tested this a few days ago, and found that due to the surface area/mass ratio of the ball, air had a minimal effect, if any. Basically, the only way we could even slightly shift the ball was with a highly collimated stream of air from a leaf blower that didn't really have enough area to act as an effective defense.
