Unhappy Dead Driver Station?

We are having a problem with our Driver Station. Out of the box, the left button was stuck in the "pressed" position and requires assistance to pop up. In fact, it requires a tap on the button to get it to come up.

Secondly, and more importantly, the units screen lights up when powered but does not boot...No graphics or text display on the screen?

Any suggestions? Dead DS?

Thanks,
Tony D. - FRC Team #203
