Re: Long Island Regional

Engineer on team #353, Pobots, from POB Central School District. In Reply to: Long Island Regional Posted by Deej on 2/13/2001 9:48 PM EST: : What teams are heading to Long Island for the regional there? Team 190 will shipping the hampsters to NY after storming through Hartford. Roll call everyone. Team 353 here, team is called the POBots (POB is the school district AND we ain't got no money). The robot is called the Phoenix (because up until a couple of days before the dead line we weren't a participant). The robot is lean and mean with more torque than a Texas Twister (appologies to Team 55). under the bar for us. Two grabbers means a goal on the back and a goal / stretcher on the front, and still toss 'em around like a chew toy. The large balls are a waste of time. The multipliers is where the action is. Oh yeah did I mention that we are one of this events defending champs?! Looking forward to working with you. Just try to keep them hampsters at bay. Later, -pete |
