Yup, looks like basically techical corrections (making the rules consistent with themselves).

But what did you want, wholesale changes this far into the build season? We can't have that until Week 1 play when we get the "Raul Rule".

It does have a direct contradiction to an earlier Q&A post:

While it's not a rule change, it does appear to be a policy change. Not to mention that the Q&A answer forbidding use of the I2C is still up.
