Writing to DriverStation cRio screen
Does anybody know how, if at all possible, to output text to the LCD of the Driver Station? I would be interested to output debug information for our sensors, etc. so that we can more easily monitor these values without having to lug a laptop around everywhere.
We are using LabView as per team consensus and I'm not so good with it as I am with C/C++... I tried connecting a string constant into the UserData part of the Driver Station User Data VI and it basically gave me the equivalent of a data type mismatch - then again, I don't even know if this is the correct VI to use. Any ideas?
