Drill motor copper electrical connector

Coach on team #639, Red B^2, from Ithaca High School and Cornell University. Today at some point one of our drill motor electrical connectors fell off... We had the wire shrink-wrapped and soldered on, but the copper ripped where the hole was in the middle, giving us only a few millimeters of copper sticking out of the motor. Anyone have any suggestions? We have no spares. Thanks Patrick |
