Camera Help

I've been trying to code the camera to identify 2 colors at once using the same code FIRST released for LV. But I can't seem to make it work

Looking for a guide on how to set it up I found this

And I was like :O But same thing happens and worst...It says I need NI Vision to make it work.

Can anyone help me out setting this one up?
