If a team wins Chairmans is the entry fee lowered? I heard it goes down to only 1000 is that correct?

Just kidding.
You might be referring to other sources of funding related to winning it. BAE Systems last year gave us 10k for winning the Hawaii one, used towards participating in Atlanta.
