Traction for Balancers

What type of wheels are any of the teams planning to balance two bins using? I've looked at some of the pictures, and they look like standard wheelchair wheels. Our team had quite a bit of trouble with the traction of towing both goals up the ramp with standard wheels, we have since redesigned our wheels, but not without troubles. We are currently trying to figure out how not to shred the carpet. What types of wheels are you guys using?

We're just using the 8 inch wheelchair wheels, but we have no trouble at all dragging both goals up at the same time, (full goals, with the big balls too) weight is a big factor too, we're just under 130 right now

We are using tracks with 9 bogies on each side, but if you lift the goals slightly when you grab them it will transfer some of their weight to your wheels.

We are using treads and that seems to work well.

Two goals are grabbed and we go to balance. Going forward, we do OK, balancing automatically about 50% of the time, the first try. Going backward, we have more success. For some reason, balancing while driving backward is close to 90% so far.... hmmm.

If we miss balancing the first try, we get it on the second (since we are going backwards). We probably oughta back up the bridge initially. Or, it could be that our bridge is a bit unbalanced. Oh, well, it's crated.

We'll surely tweak this some more at the competitions.
