Exclamation Upload Programs to the cRIO

Hey we are a new team this year with no mentor and really no labview experience. This is a giant noob question and we would like a answer haha.
How do we upload and save programs to the cRIO so we don't need our laptops connected to it.(so we can turn our robot off then back on and our program will still be running)

Directions for downloading your LabVIEW program permanently are also to be found in the manual installed on your computer at: C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.5\manuals\FRC_Programming_Guide.pdf

See page 5-5 "Creating a Stand-Alone FRC Application
