speeds and feeds my friends
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speeds_and_feeds worst comes to worst run it slow(table speed) and at like 1200 rpm on the spindle remember it's cnc so there no race to get it done, stick a green horn in front of it and tell them to hit the estop if things get exciting
