Joe,
I have to imagine and how FIRST IS holding spots. I hope FIRST had the foresight that the "New Rule" would cause regional registration chaos. My how is for the rookie teams. I agree with your theory, I know of teams which have "overbooked" themselves to give themselves more time to evaluate how to address the "New Rule" and other teams which were getting nervous on how fast the regionals filled. As time passes we should see some movement, I hope. Dennis
