That could be a tubing problem then.
The solenoid tubing can easily be hooked up backwards. How does your tubing compare with this photo? Use the electrical connection as a reference. The two ports to the right side are: -- INPUT is where your 60psi line from your regulator gets attached and that's the closest port to the electrical connector. -- EXHAUST doesn't get anything attached to it. The 2 OUTPUT ports opposite the (electrical connector) get your actuator hoses. P.S. Are you touching the Festo wires directly to the battery or are you using the Solenoid Breakout/Bumper?
