Help with connecting default dashboard project

Can anyone explain step by step how to connect the Basic FRC Robot Project code to the FRC Dashboard Project code, the default projects that come with Labview? We have created and built both but we are new at this and are not sure how to connect the two, get battery data, live video feeds, etc.

Here are a few things that may get you started
- Connect the computer running the dashboard to the eth2 port of the driver station
- Make sure the IP of your computer is 10.xx.yy.6 (in your case 10.18.89.6)
- Make sure that Widows firewall is not running (for some reason I have to turn this off manually every time)
- Click the play button on the dashboard and go

dashboard project = run on the computer; robot project = on the robot.

1. deploy robot code.
2. open and run the dashboard code on the computer. No need to deploy anything in this step.
3. admire your streaming data.
