Go to Post Earlier this week it took me a little bit too long to realize that the reason my pen wasn't writing correctly was that it was actually a screwdriver. I'm going to have to ask for a few nights of honest sleep before signing off on a report. - EricVanWyk [more]

When the ROBOT shipment deadline arrives, all work on the ROBOT must cease and the ROBOT must be placed in a “hands-off” condition. The entire ROBOT (including all FABRICATED ITEMS intended for use during the competition in alternative configurations of the ROBOT) must be crated and out of team hands by the shipment deadline specified in Section 4.10 (with the exception of the items covered by the WITHHOLDING ALLOWANCE).
This should answer your question.

The withholding allowance is 40 lbs of fabricated items, with the operator console included automatically except for weight. COTS items are not counted. (<R35> and <R36>)
