We manufactured our own both this year and 3 years ago (8" nerf balls) out of polycarbonate.

the lazy suzan in the KOP has a thin side and a wide side

the thin side is 9.5 ish inches, and we're just gonna cut out a circle from the wide side (make the donut hole bigger) to let the ball through
