No Idea what's wrong!

This is probably a combination of programming and/or electrical. All of the wires are connected correctly, as per the diagram at least. I am also 'feeding' the watchdog, and the driverstation reads 00.00 V and when i try and output anything tothe console right now is shows a 0x160a68 task, errno 70 or 71. What is the 70,71 mean, and how can i get the robot to run. I configured the cRIO to work with the router, and everything works because it allows me to connect to the cRIO and download code/undeploy code. I am desperate, ive tried literally everything to get the robot to run, and still doesn't!
