Workbench not present in the start menu after install

Anyone else had this issue? I do have a workbench-3.0 folder in c:\WindRiver? Any ideas what went wrong? Also, could somebody please let me know what the shortcut to run workbench should be? Thanks!

PS: Here's what I have in my Wind River start menu folder:
