Is it okay to connect two identical motors to one jaguar?

No, you can't because its a hazzard
because there are two motors, theres double the current
and it could mess up your electronics

However, in another thread, Erik Van Wyk has reported that you can connect two Jaguars or two Victors to the same PWM cable using a "y" adapter cable. That would allow you to control two motors through two controllers with a single control output.
