I know that SES is working with the teams here and provided a discount for teams going from DC to Annapolis. One of the teams called and worked this out.

Also Senior Mentor call tonight (Feb. 11) on shipping. Unfortunately, FIRST has posted the wrong description but look for corrected version to appear here. http://www.usfirst.org/community/frc...t.aspx?id=6616
