Testing a Scouting System

So I have shouldered this years scouting system and I'm wondering if someone would tell me that if there is anyware on the internet that i could find prescouted matches to test this system...

If matches from preship scrimmages go online, that's your best option. As Traverse is a Week 1 event, you can't really watch matches the week before.

What I look for, if I'm testing a scouting system, is I'll go with, say, 10 teams or so, just for testing purposes. I then scout all their matches via webcast or video as best I can. My results should line up fairly well with the final results. If not, why didn't they?

There isn't a place for prescouted matches that I know about, especially for this year. TBA has matches for previous years, but not prescouted. Those aren't really a good option, as the entire game is different.
