the website of yours is looking good although the background looks kind of dull. you might want to think about doing something to it to make it look a bit more visually appealing. I am a computer graphic artist and I like the look of the blue bar running across the top of the page so how about making another blue box running vertically down the page and in it put all those links you have on the left to separate them from the stuff on the right, to make the buttons to the links way more visible then they are now, and on the whole to make it more visually appealing. Anyway you look at it you have too much white space on the page at the moment.

thanks so were going to add the side bar coloring, as far as a background would a solid color be best like the same blue from the top?
