QuickTime or .MOV to AVI or MPEG

Does anyone know what we can use to convert QuickTime format video clips to IBM compatible formats like .AVI or .MPG? I've asked this question before, so I'll try posting it in a new thread. Maybe i'll get more responses Thanks,

-Nate, Team 177 Bobcat Robotics

If you have Quictime 4 or 5 Pro,
you can export directly from Quicktime to any format
including AVI and MPEG-1.
