The only thing that i view as important is:
There is a clarification on the wireless communication; cell phones will be allowed

Other options, i think you can use a mega-phone. Technically its wireless communication but as far as i can see its the same as yelling just into a mega-phone. Though the obvious choice here for style and maneuverability is the tin can and string route.
