[FTC]: Florida FTC Championship - Live Webcast

The Florida FTC State Championship will be held on February 28, 2009 at the University of South Florida in Tampa. There will be 25 teams competing at this year's event all of which had to compete in regional qualification matches in order to receive and invitation to attend the championship event. The competition at this year's event promises to be the best yet with teams spending months tweaking and perfecting their robots. This year Raytheon - Network Centric Systems will be broadcasting the event over the Internet for all to watch. This sounds great but I am curious why you have 25 teams rather than 24. I would hate to see one and only one team sit out.

Twelve teams will advance to the elimination matches. We are using the 4 alliance format for elimination rounds where each alliance consists of 3 teams.

Is anyone else having problems viewing the webcast? We were fine until about 1 hour ago. Then the video and the sound kept cutting out. Now we have frozen video and just sound. Other times we have no sound but slow video.
