Team 1448 R6
Hey, I'm from Team 1448 (Parsons, Kansas)
Here's some pictures showing off our robot.   Our robot is a dumper in disguise  The entire dump mechanism is in a rotatable turret. It can't be reloaded during the match, but it will dump all 7 balls in about 1.5 seconds. It is very accurate, all the balls land right on top of each other. After we shoot our plan is to play defense, herding balls, and getting Empty Cells. We have a "2009 Promotional Video" on our website's video page that shows off the shooter in action pretty well. We're traveling to the Greater Kansas City Regional tomorrow, I hope to see some of you guys up there. Good luck everybody! |
