.....
Propeller propulsion will also be popular at this regional with teams like 45, 1279, and 1731 using it. .....

I don't know how LF does it..... very few have seen our robot, we haven't posed a pic.... Spy Cameras? Or were you one of the responding police officers on duty when we set off the school alarm that late night before ship?

QFT.

In the 7 years I've been involved with FIRST, I don't believe I've seen a game designed that emphisizes the New England style physical defense (and offense?) as well as Lunacy does.

Make sure your chin-straps are on tight, your control systems are tied down well, and your bumpers are strong as I expect to see some real solid contact and very physical (within the rules) play ... It's gonna be fun up here at BAE.

I like the nod to 141 for Traverse City. They're consistently a strong but unrecognized candidate, like you said. I'm really interested to see how their delivery system pans out.

Who else is spending their friday and saturday on the webcasts?

Re: Predictions Week 1: We Have Lift-Off

Well crafted post, Looking Forward. Excellent writing. The historical tidbits and information help the reader understand the game play as well as some of the players that have been highlighted. Can't wait to read about all the competitions of the season. Thanks for the hard work, research, and fun puns.

LF is everyone and everywhere (kinda like Agent Smith but in a good way ). I'm amazed at how LF has gathered info on some of the unposted robots.

However, 1279 is not one of these unposted robots. No spy camera is necessary when you have Youtube. The 1279 bot is seen practicing with Team Overdrive (2753) in their video. Since you guys will be attending both and Philly with us it triggered an immediate scouting reflex in me. I'm looking forward to seeing it in person (and many others will see it Broadcast) Good Luck guys!

You sure you haven't posted a pic???
Maybe not on CD, but that doesn't mean it's not elsewhere...

I always look forward to these.

I am incredibly interested in watching both Midwest for the high level of competition, and Traverse City for the new district model.

Kudos to Libby and 1923 for getting noticed!!! Good luck this weekend. This is pretty much what you expected out of this weekend from looking foward. Midwest should be entertaining as usual.
