Of course, I can see it now, something is gonna break and when the drivers get it back to the pit out comes the Duct Tape. I don't see why there was a rule in years past, it takes some serious skill to make a quick fix with duct tape that actually holds...

Plus duct tape works great for making sharp corners not hurt...
