Configuring a Second cRIO
Hello all. We bought a second cRIO for testing, and we just got it all wired up. The problem I'm having is that we are using the same Driver Station that came with the control system back in September. When we start the benchtop test, both the "System" and "Mode" are "Invalid". I'm not sure what this means, but I have a sinking feeling that it means I have to buy a stock Driver Station to set up the cRIO. I hope this is not the case, so if anyone has any experience with setting up a second cRIO or knows how to resolve this, I would love some help. Thanks!

Re: Configuring a Second cRIO
Just image the cRIO with the latest v11 and it should play nice with your Driver Station if it's up-to-date firmware-wise.
You won't be able to do the OTB bench test, but you can do the post -imaging bench test. |
