Looks pretty good. Will the robot shoot at all in autonomous?

Re: Mort Autonomous

Wooow

Two questions about your autonomous:

First: Do you have in your code something that can give priority to a specifc target when the camera see two targets?

Second: Do you gonna score the balls or just stay close of your opponent?

Re: Mort Autonomous

Ditto what they said. What kind of strategy is your autonomous going to be playing out?

Looks great, guys! I'll see you in Trenton (go team 11!).

Yes actually if it sees two it will track the closer on since the image is larger we account tell that by finiding the y offset since its higher if we are closer and also the by particle percent.

and we do have the ability to score balls but it depends how nice it is working there so we might just not enable the scoring in auto and just drive up to a robot

Re: Mort Autonomous

You weren't lying about the code being obfuscated. How is the RGB tracking working out for you? I just took NI's word that HSL was faster.

Re: Mort Autonomous

We found that worked better for us at longer ranges and the rgb seems to vary less for us depending on light conditions

I'm a bit confused as to your obfuscation. Why did you choose to post it at all?

Re: Mort Autonomous

nice to see you guys got your camera working. unfortunately, we didn't have time to setup our camera at all. it was a cut-throat finish. (we had to evacuate our school in fear of the alarm system getting our robotics team arrested.)

Re: Mort Autonomous

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you're using rgb to find green, and hsl to find red right?

Re: Mort Autonomous

originally we just used RGB but at the competition we decided to change back to hsl btw the pink values ni gave us were way off lol but green was ok when we checked

What pink and green value worked on the field and in RGB or HSL.

Thanka in Advance,

Re: Mort Autonomous

In what way was the pink threshold off? I ask because after a week of regionals where we have now had access to the field, we will soon publish new defaults. Now is your chance to influence them, or to explain why yours are better.
