That was ingenius. They weighed 50 lbs at official inspection so they added the press and it brought them to 112! They were much more able to hold their own after that.

I think the biggest surprise was the semifinal upset of the beast and simbotics, lots of money lost over that one.

A close second was the amazing performance of RoboPRIDE, winners of the rookie inspiration and highest rookie seed awards. That team is going places in years to come.
