question about the michigan regional...
hey i just wanted to know if and when awards are given out... are awards such as chairman's, ei, spirit, etc... given out at the michigan championship??? thanks for claifying...

Those awards are semi-given at the district events, however they merely allow you to compete for that award at the Michigan championship event. The state goal was to make sure that going from 3 to 7 regional / districts still kept the same number of Chairmans and other awards that would allow access to the championship event. To the best of my understanding.

If memory serves all awards except the WFFA & Autodesk Visualization are given out at the 7 District Events, at the State Championship all awards are given out except there are 3 Chairman's Awards & 1 WFFA.

More info in Section 6 of the Michigan Rules
