We have pneumatic tube fingers on our ball harvester. Over the course of the build season they became longer; not to pick-up but to aid moving the balls through the storage area on an upper roller. The infraction was called on Friday at our 4th match. We had 6 matches in between to try to fix this. We trimmed them to what one inspector said was OK but actually not enough so we were DQ'ed again. The final fix required we move the frame/bumper out 1/2 inch (we were slightly undersize) and to put the roller on a 3/4 spacer towards the chassis. Admittedly, something we should have done before but didn't get around to.
