Recording Regionals online?

How do all of you firsters record the regionals online to your computers? What programs do you use? I need to record San Jose and bring it in on monday.

you can buy real player plus and use that to record the real player webcast, assuming that you have a fast connection.

If you you can get the nasa channel, the regional is going to be broadcast on that also. That is probably the best solution. I beleive that I heard that the regional would be broadcast for most of the day tommorow and saturday.
