All-

As you can see SOAP is on-line....BUT only through a dial up. However, We are not giving up on High Speed just yet.

We are beginning to implement "work-arounds" for the lack of support from NWU regarding HighSpeed Internet... grrr ... SOAP apologizes for any disappointments you may have .... we're trying our hardest to get these work arounds in place....
