Re: Team-given awards

For several years, pre-dating my involvement with the team, Capital Robotics has given out de facto awards in the form of team shirts. There's no set criteria to determine who should receive one, just a member of the team noticing that someone's gone above and beyond in their efforts and pitching it to the rest of the team. In the past, we've recognized everyone from mascots to mentors, pre-rookies to venue staff.

We'll have some more with us at Palmetto, and we'll be watching.
