A Challenge for all FIRST teams - Food Drives

We already know that we can accomplish the impossible. . . .that is one of the things that FIRST has taught us. No challenge is too big if we take it step by step.

Right now there are many people in our communities that are hungry. The Food Banks that normally meet these needs are also having problems as less people are donating food due to the current economic situation. Let’s show them what FIRST can do! Let’s go out into our communities and tackle a problem that is too big. Not only will we help our neighbors, but we can also let people know what FIRST can accomplish.

We have asked every team that will compete at the FRC NASA/VCU Regional to join us in this endeavor by collecting food in their school and/or community. We would like to extend this challenge to all FIRST teams. . . .

We would love to have every FIRST team join us in improving life for those who are needy in our world. Please consider collecting food for your local food bank.
