Re: Team 1332! Needs Help to get to Atlanta!!!

I feel somewhat obligated to say this but if you can't afford it you don't have to go. While the championship is a wonderful experience and I hope that every team has the opportunity to go at some point I don't think it is worth bankrupting your team for it, or going into debit.

The recommendation that I always tell teams is decide early on (aug or sept) if you think you want to go, regardless if you have qualified yet and start raising funds for it. If you do make it your budget is set, if you don't make it then most of your fundraising is done for next year.

I know that your whole team really wants to go, but just because you wind doesn't mean you are REQUIRED to go, Good Luck in whatever you choose to do...... $.02
