Will there be power in the stands (can we set up scouting laptops there)?
And/or can we set up a local wifi connection? I know we couldn't at Boston, but some regionals have allowed it.

Power is not available in the stands (please do not arrange for power in the stands). Teams are free to use laptops only if they are powered by batteries.

Teams will not be allowed to set up a local wifi connection.

What does the Connecticut Regional have that no other Regional has???

The "Voice of New England"!

Play-by-play announcer extraordinaire, Mr. Andy Grady!

and

Making his FRC Regional emceeing debut, Jack in the Hat!

This is going to be one exciting Regional!

I was wondering when that was going to get announced. Can't wait to hear the Jack/Grady combo taking us through an event.
