FIRST Objective Scouting Tools

Hey Everyone -
Scouting data for Lunacy is now available on FIRSTObjective. Put any FRC team number in the editbox and pick "Analysis". You'll get a detailed analysis of that teams performance so far this year.

You can access this same info through any wireless / mobile device that can access the Internet. Simply go to: http://www.firstobjective.org/lunacy.wml

With FIRST Objective I'm trying to draw people already interested in FIRST to a community that can be used to educate people that do not know about FIRST. I've promoted this site on various teacher websites and hope that FIRST gets noticed and is available to ALL students.

Just a quick update - I've updated the database with scoring data from week 4. Accessing this scouting tool through the FIRST Objective website, now gives you a couple new pieces of information. This is not available on the wireless / mobile device page, nor is it available on in the facebook app.

You can now also see some analysis information at the event level. For example you can see the alliance to score the highest number of points and also you can see the average winning and average losing scores at an event.

This is so cool!

The info was all clustered when I used Internet Explorer, but it worked fine when I used Google Chrome.

Thanks for the info - IE is all messed up. I always use Firefox and didn't notice this. I'll get it fixed ASAP.

Quick note - the FIRST Objective scouting tools all work just fine with Internet Explorer now.

Results from Week 5 are now included in the database, this includes all Michigan District Events.

Take a gander at the info and use it to accompany your scouting data as you prepare for The Championship.
