A good way to meet new teams?

Posted by Hymnson at 03/26/2001 5:46 PM EST

Student on team #419, The Rambots, from Boston College High School and UMass Boston and Modern Assistance Programs, Inc..

We'll we're staying at the Comfort Suites in Kissimmee right beside Old Town and I'm wondering if any teams wanted to hang out a night in Old Town and get to meet new people. It would be a good experience and contrary to the rumors about the Rambots, get to know us for real! Email me or post here!

I'm not quite sure, but I think we (Team #442) may also be staying at the Comfort Suites. Hope to see you there.

Team 608 will be staying at the Days Suites right next to Old Town. You can probably see us there. Let me know and I'll get the high school kids to meet you somewhere.

We (Team 240) will be staying only a 1/4 mile away. We
will definetly be spending some time at Old Town.
Perhaps we can all head over there and then stop at the
Denny's across the street afterwards. I can't wait to
get there in FL

271 is at the Days Suites as well, and I do believe that most of the team is planning on spending Wednesday or Thursday (or both) evening at Old Town. The allure of that skycoaster is just a bit too much for them, I think . They're trying to get my on, but my love of rides might not go quite that far. 300' is a long way up (And down, and that's really what I'm worried about).
