That was awesome. Our team, 1859, was actually first on the points board for a while, since we tied our first match and won the next three... but then we lost another three and we dropped.
Ended up twelfth in standings, and went to the finals for the first time in our team's history as an alliance captain, I believe. We got knocked out first round thanks to 192 and 359's team, though. The last finals matches had me on the edge of my seat. I was sitting on the blue alliance's side, and I saw the guy throw the super cell that lost them the match. It was epic. Dancing to YMCA between the matches was also epic. |
