Extra Lunancy balls

Does anyone have any extra balls that they can sell/give to us? We missed ordering them from FIRST, and VERMONT is not very friendly to Walmarts. We would like to attend some off-season events, and would like the extra balls to help us in some modifications that we are making to our robot.
thanks!

Re: Extra Lunancy balls

My team has had some luck contacting Walmart stores outside of our area (MA). You can sometimes get the managers of stores to transfer inventory from one story to your local store for free. There was a list of walmart stores posted either here and/or by FIRST during the build season that had the phone numbers of all of the walmart stores. I suggest starting there.

<EDIT>
I found the posting of walmart inventories of Orbit Balls from Bill's Blog. This is from 21-Jan, however - so don't count on the information being accurate. The useful information here is the contact info and locations of all of the stores in the country. I'd suggest targeting stores that are far from teams first.

Re: Extra Lunancy balls

I understand from Bill's blog that official competition balls will be available after Championship. Keep an eye out.
