Eustis, Florida Declares April 12-18th "12 Volt Bolt" Week
We were recently given a unique honor (see attached file of the city's proclamation).
Team 1557: 12 Volt Bolt was recognized at last week's Eustis City Commission Meeting. The Mayor read & presented the team with a framed Proclamation declaring the week of Championship "12 Volt Bolt Week". Afterwards two students described the FIRST competition & thanked our community for its support. The 5 city commissioners were given "honorary Team 1557 membership" certificates. This was a memorable honor (& it was fun hearing how tough it can be to say "12 Volt Bolt" repeatedly without stumbling).
